LSI has achieved its lowest production cost in 16 years, thanks to its existing production scale and professional integration. LSI is enhancing its production capacity and quality this year compared to other manufacturers in various fields. The company has imported a large volume of machinery, research and development equipment, and testing machines, in addition to recruiting many professionals from Taiwan. LSI has implemented an internal enhancement plan from top to bottom, focusing on management, production, and marketing as key areas for improvement.
The goal of these changes is simple: to achieve “zero customer complaints and zero quality errors.” Furthermore, LSI will implement an online SAP ERP system so customers can check the status of their orders through LSI’s online portal.
LSI achieved Quality Management System SO 9001:2015, and RCS (Recycled Claim Standard) certification, actively establishing a quality management system and workflow to meet customers’ expectations with high-quality products and services. LSI places great emphasis on performance management and continuously works to enhance its business competitiveness. In 2007, LSI earned the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification, allowing the company to offer environmentally friendly products for global green brands.
